Pre-Order Policy
At Bike Parts Bazar, we offer a dedicated pre-order service for rare, specialized, high-performance, and original motorcycle spare parts that may not be available in our regular inventory. Selected parts may be sourced from verified regional suppliers, manufacturers, or overseas procurement channels.
Rare & Specialized Parts
Pre-order is intended for hard-to-find OEM components, specialized accessories, and selected imported parts.
10%–25% Advance
A confirmed advance deposit is required before special procurement begins.
COD Balance
After the part arrives and passes inspection, the remaining balance may be collected through Cash on Delivery.
When Does Pre-Order Apply?
Our pre-order service may apply when the required motorcycle component is not currently available in regular stock or must be specially sourced for your order.
- OEM or original components that are temporarily out of stock.
- Rare engine assemblies or specialized engine components.
- Custom or uncommon motorcycle body parts and body kits.
- Performance suspension kits and specialized performance parts.
- Imported electronic components and model-specific electrical parts.
- Other genuine spare parts sourced specifically at the customer's request.
Pre-Order Process
Submit Your Requirement
Share your motorcycle brand, exact model, model year, required part name, part number if known, and a clear photo where available through WhatsApp, phone, or website enquiry.
Quotation & Estimated Timeline
Our procurement team checks supplier, regional, factory, or overseas availability and provides a confirmed quotation together with an estimated procurement timeline.
Advance Confirmation
A mandatory advance deposit of approximately 10% to 25% is required depending on the value, rarity, procurement cost, and sourcing requirements of the part.
Arrival, Inspection & Dispatch
Once the part reaches our RN Road, Jashore hub, it is checked against the confirmed order details. Approved items are then prepared for courier delivery, with the remaining eligible balance payable through COD.
Advance deposits may be paid through the official bKash, Nagad, or bank-transfer details provided during order confirmation.
Estimated Arrival & Delivery Timelines
The estimated sourcing period depends on the supplier location, item availability, customs processing, transit route, and the type of component being ordered.
Factory / Regional Procurement
Typical estimated sourcing period for parts available through factory, distributor, or regional procurement channels.
Direct Overseas Import
Typical estimated sourcing period for overseas imports, subject to international transit, customs clearance, flight or shipping schedules, and other logistical factors.
International freight, supplier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, transport disruption, or other events outside our direct control may affect the final arrival date.
Our support team will provide available updates during the procurement and transit period.
Pre-Order Cancellation Terms
- Before sourcing begins: Contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your request. Eligibility will depend on whether the order has already been committed to a supplier.
- Once sourced or booked: After a pre-ordered item has been booked with the supplier, manufacturer, procurement agent, or dispatched from overseas, the order becomes non-cancellable.
- Where procurement has already been committed, the advance deposit is normally non-refundable.
Pre-order items are purchased or imported specifically for an individual customer's confirmed requirement and may involve supplier commitments, international shipping, customs, procurement fees, and other non-recoverable costs.
Full Refund Guarantee
Your advance deposit will be eligible for a 100% refund if Bike Parts Bazar is unable to complete the confirmed procurement because:
- We are unable to source the exact part confirmed for your pre-order.
- The sourced component does not match the confirmed order specification.
- The item fails our incoming inspection and an acceptable replacement cannot be sourced.
Where a full refund is approved because Bike Parts Bazar cannot fulfill the confirmed pre-order, the eligible advance amount will normally be processed within 24–48 hours through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
Damage, Defect & Mismatch Coverage
A pre-ordered product may qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund if the delivered item:
- Arrives physically damaged.
- Has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Is materially different from the confirmed model, specification, part number, or order details.
Customers should contact our support team promptly and provide the Order ID together with clear photos or video where requested for verification.
