Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

To confirm genuine orders and reduce delivery risk, advance payment requirements depend on the total order value.

Orders Up to BDT 5,000

≤ ৳5,000

Customers are required to pay the standard delivery charge in advance before dispatch.

The remaining product value is payable through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders Above BDT 5,000

10% Advance

A minimum advance deposit of 10% of the total invoice amount is required before processing and dispatch.

The remaining balance is collected through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Accepted Advance Payment Channels: Official bKash, Nagad or direct bank transfer. Payment information will be provided during checkout or order confirmation.

Inspection & Verification at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel and delivered contents in front of the courier delivery representative where the courier company's inspection policy permits.
Verify the physical condition, item identity and apparent compatibility of the delivered spare part before completing the remaining COD payment where inspection is available.
If a product is visibly broken, physically damaged or completely different from the ordered item, contact Bike Parts Bazar immediately for assistance.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier service, available tracking information may be provided by SMS, phone notification or the applicable courier tracking system.
